🎯 What You’ll Do
💰 Lead Financial Operations
✔ Own the monthly financial reporting process
✔ Maintain accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
✔ Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
✔ Monitor financial performance and key business metrics
✔ Ensure accounting processes remain organized, scalable, and accurate
👥 Lead the Accounting Department
✔ Manage and develop our AP and AR team members
✔ Hold the department accountable to deadlines and deliverables
✔ Lead weekly EOS Level 10 meetings
✔ Maintain department scorecards and KPI reporting
✔ Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
📈 Partner With Operations & Sales
✔ Work closely with leadership, operations, and sales teams
✔ Support financing solutions that help customers move forward with needed work
✔ Identify opportunities to improve financing approval rates and revenue capture
✔ Research and implement innovative financing programs and lending solutions
✔ Help leadership make informed business decisions through financial insights
